Bazaar Community and Support
Welcome!
There is a very active community around Bazaar. Mostly we meet on IRC, and on the mailing list. You can generally get an answer to your question there. If you want formal support for Bazaar, that can be arranged from Canonical, who provide 24x7 telephone support for Ubuntu as well.
New people are always welcome so please feel free to make as much, or as little, contribution as you wish. Our goal is to make Bazaar the VCS that people LOVE to use: learning, making friends and having fun along the way! Of course, developers are very welcome but helping others use Bazaar (IRC, mailing lists, translating docs, etc.) and spreading the word about what we're doing (word of mouth, conferences, blogs, etc.) are equally important:
Who Uses Bazaar? If your project uses Bazaar in its development then show it off here.

Quotes: They said it here first!
Internet Relay Chat
A vibrant community exists in #bzr on irc.freenode.net. The channel is friendly and has a number of highly active people within it, many of which work on Bazaar. We keep a list of irc nicknames on the IrcNicks page. JohnMeinel currently keeps a live irclog of this channel at http://bzr.arbash-meinel.com/irc_log/bzr/ (one file per day, grouped by year and month)
Mailing lists
Users/Developers:
Bazaar has a high volume subscribe-to-post mailing list available. More information can be found on the bazaar mailing list. This list is available via gmane and in web archives. The list can also be read through the gmane archive service.Release Announcements:
Bazaar Also has a very low volume mailing list that only lists releases. More information can be found on the Bazaar release listCommit Announcements:
Most Bazaar developers post each commit on the Bazaar commits list. This list is high volume and is usually only interesting if you actively develop on Bazaar itself.
Telling Us What You Think
If you haven't done so already, please take the Bazaar User Survey and tell us what we ought to be working on. If you're interested, see the summary results so far.
Issue Tracking and Development
The Bazaar bug tracker is in Launchpad. Bugs and requests for improvements are registered and tracked there.
Bundle Buggy helps the community track, review and vote for patches. Plans for new specifications (we call them "blueprints") are tracked in Launchpad. Releases happen on a monthly schedule. For further information on contributing to development, see BzrDevelopment.
Beyond the Core
Bazaar has a large number of add-ons and associated tools that are an important part of making Bazaar a joy to use:
Plugins - add-ons that extend Bazaar with GUI interfaces, interoperability with other tools, new commands, new options and more
3rd Party Tools - tools that enhance Bazaar
Enhanced by Bazaar - projects that provide support for Bazaar
Many of the above are hosted on Launchpad. See Bazaar Version Control System and Supporting Tools.
